Robert Irvine's Fit Crunch
« on: August 17, 2017, 07:59:57 AM »
Found these at Costco.  I figured since he's a "chef" with an attitude that actually works out (albeit mostly arms  ::) ) and travels a lot, he probably wouldn't put his name on crap.  They're pretty good.  Always like to have something on hand when traveling.

Actually haven't bought bars in a long time until those.  Usually I have some string cheese sticks and tuna or salmon pouches in my carry on bag when traveling just in case along with some almonds.  Cheese stick works well with wine or bloody mary but the fish pouches tend of offend the neighbors. :-\

u gotta try RX bars-they're so so good-the only ingredients are a couple egg whites, couple dates and a couple raw nuts-no artificial sweetners-

we don't have publix where I am but lots of stores have them now
My fav flavors are blueberry, pumpkin spice, maple, and chocolate
