Where is he getting those statistics from?  He says it's from a report by the us sentencing commission, but the only report posted on their site doesn't have any statistics by crime attached to it. The coverage of the report in the Times specifically says that there's not a breakdown of crimes in the report and there is only one article about the study on the Fox site and they don't list break downs , either. I couldn't find them posted anywhere online.   The drug statistics he gave sound impossible. 72% or all federal drug possession convictions?

It's the only one  any of these sites linked to. I couldn't find any other sources reporting those stats. They aren't even posted in other articles on the fox site.
