Strongmen aren't bodybuilders. Bodybuilding is a specialized field, and the cost of admittance is a six pack.

I think I had one once....for a couple of minutes.   I consider myself as someone who wanted to be a bodybuilder, but wasn't willing to make the necessary sacrifices to achieve it. Now, I'm kind of thankful that I didn't because I'm still alive and I continue to enjoy good health.

This is my gut, a couple of days ago. Not great, but not horrible for a guy who is about to be 74 years old. -Cropped for modesty. The two scars, one above my navel and the other on the right side of the photo are from prostate surgery.
