Dude what are you talking about? What business standpoint, an aged Dexter with oil injections is more marketable than Phil?

You're in the "biz" you should know that 1st place is already decided. Who's getting screwed into 2nd should be the topic.

Phil will need a significant injury to lose and even that's not a guarantee he won't still be Mr. O.

Be original and ask why a Mr. Olympia contest RARELY ever sees the defending champion beaten. Explore that topic instead of using old Flex headlines.

Heath was gainfully employed by Weider/AMI for 13 years & must have earned quite a bit of money as he kept winning Sandows. He was their poster boy and rightfully so. But he has never endeared himself to the fanbase and then after his contract was expired, he shit on the IFBB's new toy - classic physique - and them was downright giddy during a Skype interview on Muscular Development, waxing poetically how great it would have been if he was not tied down to just Weider publication all these past years.

I worked for both FLEX & MD and was not surprised that Heath is on their current cover with 'exclusive interview' as a cover line just in time for the Olympia. Now if you were the Weider/AMI folks (the ones who own the Olympia and promote the show), would you feel that it was some biting of the hand that fed him for so well and so long? Secondly, no one cares about Heath tying the record and it would garner more interest in the show moving forward if Heath doesn't win again.

I can continue but these are the main reasons.

there are good points Joe is making and if politics has anything to do with it this could be a factor but Heath is so far up Jim Manion's ass with his ass kissing that he will still win

Yes, Heath will come in looking great & should win, but he has not been a model champion & has taken a bite or two of the hand that fed him quite well for 13-plus years.

Dex must be getting old.  Who told him he could get away with eating all the salt and butter he wanted?  Dude has been around too long for this nonsense.  Lucky he didn't end up out the top 10.
