Likely a repost, but whatever.  :D :D

Just watched it yesterday before bedtime. I fell asleep after a few minutes.

Enough junk in his bloodstream to kill a racehorse yet he can't even grow a decent beard that connects everywhere so he sports the same patchy mess Coleman (who also couldn't grow one to save his life) did.

These guys are classic overcompensators. There's either a lack of height, lack of facial hair, lack of respect in school, lack of inches in their thong, or some other inadequacy that drives them to deform themselves with industrial amounts of drugs and look this way.

The reality is that we probably all compensate for something but the problem is that we neglect developing a personality. So guys end up with great bodies and a dead soul. Just like all those female internet models, hot yes, but like zombies. No feminine characteristics

Samir is blind

Ramy won the 2017 Olympia

he's killing Phil in the side chest
And FDB,FLS poses too...
Maybe Samir is just jealous and wants to be the only person from the middle east to hold a Mr.Olympia title.

You really think it was with that poundage? Haha levrone is a strong guy no doubt and I bet it was with 405/455 which is still a lot!! Apparently on the incline
This was early Levrone. Wasn’t that the poundage that he blew out a pec with?

You are closer in dying and that’s good to know

It would have done us all a favor if the hurricanes would have swept all the islands of Hawaii

OK, I admit it. I did one arm lateral dumbbell raises today because of this video. But I did a slight variation. When doing, say, the right delt, I used my left hand to lean on an incline bench so that my body was angled to the left. That will give more resistance at the start of the movement. When you stand straight up there is no resistance on the side delt at the start of the movement.

It's not enough to just blindly copy Phil Heath. I want to be better than him. I expect some huge results in the next few weeks.

He has stated it was on the incline

Not sure if he was maxing out which I highly doubt but I would guess it was in the 405+ range to 500 max I don’t recall

In all his vids he never went over 405 and he would do around 6 to 8 reps max

Still very strong esp doing incline after flat

But I'm not wishing for the human race to die off. It always cracks me up when people like you say there are too many people on this planet or that the human race has to die off when you sit there alive and well. And who is "all of us"? Speak for yourself. I don't know of anybody other than you that wants all the Hawaiian islands, and the women and children who live on it, to be swept away. What kind of person are you?

Practice what you preach, "Bevo".

Exactly. Levrone, fully gassed, IS a (very) strong presser, but he never benched 550-600 pounds. Might’ve had a hanger-on bent-rowing ... er, I mean, “spotting” him with such a weight, perhaps.

I respect you, but I would definitely not rule out Levrone benching 550+ in his prime; after all, he was filmed doing a double with 520 a year or so ago.  He is in his late forties or early fifties now, isn't he?  Before he ripped a pec the first time (the 520*2 came after even another tear or two), at an off-season weight of 270-plus, I've little reason to doubt him.  Larry Wheels is certainly breaking strength barriers, and he arguably lacks the shorter KLo's leverages for heavy benching.

We are talking incline, that’s where he claims he tore his pec

He’s not doing 550 on incline or even 520 esp when he was a lot lighter his early years

He’s 54

Mein Deutsche fruend, Rob said "benching."  Not inclining, not incline benching -- simply, benching.  I'm sorry if I didn't follow the entire thread before that, but I can assure you, I can simultaneously schmoe and read very well ;)
