There is racialism/tribalism in the Islamic world too.
Sudan broke up ,leading to the creation of South Sudan in 2011, in a civil war between "Arabs"(African and Arab mix) and pure-breed Africans.
Pakistan broke up,leading to the creation of Bangladesh in 1971, when it looked like the despised darker skinned Bengali majority was going to get power by democratic means.
In both these cases, there was Muslims putting fellow Muslims to the sword en masse ,because they considered them n$ggers. All,pretty embarrassing stuff for ordinary Muslims and you'll find they have zero desire to talk about these things, especially with white westerners.
And of course it's generally been reported how Gulf Arabs treat guest workers, from the Indian subcontinent and the rest of Asia, like slaves. Decent working conditions and health and safety are not a priority for these workers. And the Arabs certainly don't give any of them citizenship or legal right similar to those of the natives. But all this is comparatively a minor issue..
