It looks like that may happen.  I imagine she'll move to another brain dead district and run there.  She will be running for the Senate and Presidency in the future as well.

The issue is that he isn't on the staff and has access, correct? Not that he could be on the staff.

I think there's some ethics violation if she puts him on staff. Haven't looked into it that deep.

As much as I can't stand her, this one feels like a non-story.

That doesn't make any sense as Trump has relatives, etc. on staff so then that would have to be explained.

I could really care less one way or the other but lean more towards not really caring if family members, etc. are some of those chosen. If that person deems they are good for that position but mainly they don't do anything wrong then it is a non issue no matter who is doing it.

I agree.  Trump has his son in law.  Barry brought his people. Clinton brought every shady turd from AK he knew

If he's qualified, cleared security, and she's comfortable having just a boyfriend on her staff....whatever.

I'm more concerned with the fact this twat gets $171,000/yr to spew nonsense about farting cows, and even more pissed when I found this article
https://www.bustle.com/p/how-much-congressional-staffers-make-is-something-alexandria-ocasio-cortez-wants-to-tackle-next-13239743

Read the whole, as she wants staffers to make more, but here's where I got enraged about politicians as I didn't know this:

"As CBS reported, members of Congress use their Members' Representational Allowance (MRA) to pay their staffers and to fund other office-related administrative expenses. As the outlet noted, in 2017, the average MRA per member was $1,315,523. Of this amount, members used an average of $944,671 to pay their staffers. In her tweets, Ocasio-Cortez indicated that she believes the MRA needs to be raised in order for staffers to be paid higher wages."
