He certainly used to as a youngster. He was massively into weight training, benched every single day.
And yes he was juicing, as are most youngsters who hit the weights over the last few years.

a guy I used to play rugby with was 6'3 and weighed 250 at least, and he wasnt fat, add another 3 inches of frame on that

i think from now on, no matter how big and shredded anybody gets, we should try very hard from restraining to think they use steroids.
