There is a small chance this will end up in the SCOTUS.
But, the odds are they will kick it back to jurisdiction of the lower court.
Then, he must release the documents requested without delay.

Team Trump still has a little time to file another appeal, which no doubt they will do. No matter what happens then, it is very likely going to take awhile which is what team Trump is counting on.
