He is lean and muscular. Claims he doesn't use steroids anymore. Apparently healthy joints. Maybe his methods of training of moderate weights and volume is the way to go.

he never showed the IFBB loyalty so had no chance of winning there.

he hit his peak in wabba and nabba shows.  looked amazing.

He was just too small. He won the AAU Mr. America weighing around 180lbs completely shredded.  At his peak they had him at 205lbs and that was highly suspect. I think he weighed less.
