I've been training down a boxing gym on and off for a couple of years now, whilst lifting weights occasionally, and have realised that I am never going to give the boxing enough dedication to compete. So i am going to give weight training top priority instead.
My question is, I am about 13 and half stone at the moment and could stand to lose about 3/4 of a stone, so would you recommend I lose the excess before bulking or after?
I am going to train in a hardgainer/stuart mcroberts style, cycling the weight lifted etc.
Any help would be appreciated.
