The Kansas state legislature is likely to approve a bill that prevents transgender athletes from playing in women's sports.

Senate Bill 208 requires that “athletic teams or sports designated for females, women or girls shall not be open to students of the male sex.” It would apply to “interscholastic, intercollegiate, intramural or club athletic teams or sports that are sponsored by a public elementary or secondary school, a postsecondary educational institution … or any school or other postsecondary educational institution whose students or teams compete against a public school.”

Simply put, transgender student-athletes in the state would be unable to play women's sports if they were born as males.

If we know the history of the lovely FloJo we know at this point in 1984 she was working 2 jobs, training part-time and was still able to distance her from the field with the exception of Hooks.  Basically, half-trained and unsponsored she was still 2nd in the event. She would go on from this point to train with Kersey for the next for 4 yrs, not a couple of weeks.  As you can see, her stride was completely different 4 years earlier and long with her diet.  You are telling me PEDs changed her stride? Assuming she was loaded to the gills like Ben Johnson and Russian, both in 88, how the "F" they didn't catch her when all eyes were on her?

Some complain the 10.49 was wind-aided, which means the 10.61 with allowable wind is the real record.  Jeter ran a 10.64 with 0 aid. That means she is faster than Flojo with a shorter stride length.  Jeter never failed a test. If they can take down Marian Jones, there is no reason why they would hide Flojo and Jeter's test results.

Is it the greatest super compounds in the history of sports or complete overhall of her technique over 4 years, not months like yahoos keep talking about in 1988, and full-time training vs. 2 jobs and half-a$$ training?  We will never know.
