g thang, i think so , phil would have to get into top level conditioning again, which at his age i am not sure he can do, i personally think instead of ballooning up , he should compete in the asc classic this year coming up and try to achieve a high level conditioning again.  if not , he should retire his days are done. ,btw ramy is a goat fucker

Dex was able to maintain and cruise still well I don’t know if Phil has it or his body has it in him...

I have a feeling that at the beginning of Phil’s contest prep, he honestly thought that his midsection was healed. However, when his body fat dropped really low, he probably realized that he was very wrong.

He’s at a lighter weight. What am I missing? The midsection will blow up again once he gains weight back.
