Yup. Lift, eat what you like, do cardio, and enjoy your damn life. If you're not trying to win a plastic trophy from a thong pageant there is no reason to punish yourself. Nobody cares. Not even other bodybuilders who just see you as competition.

I enjoyed some aspects of competing, like the contest atmosphere and being around "like minded" meathedz .
However, I found it ironic that my overall "life" was a struggle during times when I did well in bodybuilding contests.
LOL, my "LIFE" quickly improved when I stopped competing and hung up the posing thong . Hmmmm.
