   https://www.zillow.com/homes/3015-barrington-lane-salisbury-township_rb/9648326_zpid/?         why would anyone need 22 bathrooms ?  besides maybe Pavarotti.

Rental estimate - $23000/month

Split up 36,000 sq. feet into private areas/rooms, rent out guest house, maids quarters,  rent to 10-15 people who get to live in luxury with a PRIVATE BATH, pool, exclusive community for $5000/month,

15 x 5000 = $75,000 rental income per month. Add a few bell and whistle costs to the rent(tennis court and pool privileges, gym, etc,) = $1,000,000 rental income per year. Get a prime mortgage rate, pay off home in 6-7 years, repeat with other homes. The bathrooms make it rental compliant..

Maybe this is how the disappearing middle class with live in the future so they can get out of the nasty cities.

This looks like a home that was built with the intentions of being a multi-family residence for the middle class.

Small yard. Ugly high fence blocks view from the backyard. No built-in home gym. 4/10 Getbig rating.

  there is a gym ,it's substandard but they made an effort. it shows in the 91 pics of the house.
