Yeah the teas only shiws if I flex the chest hard as such I will flex the none torn side hard and the torn side I wont flex or I will flex a little that is how I hide the tear. Again though I have dine ir before it takes years but the tissue around does slowly fill back in. also the tissue didnt disapear the torn sode is thicker in the middle now

My Arms do not suck. My abs and obliques do not suck. I have stood next to 250lb bodybuilders in a tank top at shows. They are thicker than me. They are not wider.
