In October 2021, The Post followed a tip revealing covert overnight flights from Texas to Westchester County Airport transporting undocumented immigrant children. See how Kevin Sheehan tackled this front-page story like a “street reporter” in this episode of “Urban Legend.” He used Google Maps to find a house with the perfect view of the airport, and the resident she’d seen “buses milling about.”

Details of the story were later confirmed through a FOIA request of video at the White Plains airport. “It begs the question: Why are you flying these unaccompanied minors to reunite them with guardians or family members?” Sheehan says. “IF everything’s above board, why are you doing it in the middle of the night?”
