Dr. Goodrum, PhD, CSN, MFT, HPP, CEO, in your expert legal opinion, what evidence would need to be presented in order for you to give a lighter sentence to an individual who tortures and abuses an infant?

Its the plea deals for the vast majority of them.  A lot of family do it to avoid having the victim ...daughter,  son etc from having to testify in court.  The judge can alway deny those deals but then the victim has to testify in court against the wishes of the parents.  Also, if there is little to no evidence or if some of it is thrown out then it puts at risk any conviction...and thats even worse

Its the same with any crime committed and prosecuted.  Hope that helps

Vince, what is your opinion of Clarence Thomas?

Do you think he has been a good Supreme Court judge?

Thats a matter of opinion for all Supreme Court Justices...however his decisions as of late have been influenced by his wife...he's in a sticky situation to where he should resign or recuse himself from any cases involving Jan 6
