Being curious to know more about monkeypox, I did some internet research. Here’s some of what I learned about this virus.
 
Monkeypox is also called Zoonotic virus. It is like smallpox. The smallpox vaccine is one preventative. There is already a monkeypox approved vaccine, which is in short supply.

Monkeypox is not a sexually transmitted disease as originally thought.  But many cases are among men who have sex with other men. IMO, these men must also be blind because it looks gross. There are several ways monkeypox is spread including air born droplets. When the rash is active which is until the scabs dry and fall off it can be spread. One can also be infected by an animal bite.

The fatality rate is between 0 to 11% mostly with children.
