Insane but not uncommon to see some clown in SoCal blow through a light but it's usually at night or in the early morning.
as far as heche goes some guy dealt with her minutes before her crash and she pulled a Karen on him from what i understand.

I considered this too. Like hey accidents happen all the time. And 'intent' is an element of every crime. Thats why there's charges like involuntary manslaughter vs. Murder 1st degree etc...
But looking at the driving record AND mental health history, and the extreme indifference to life, i dont think this was an accident. If it was merely an "accident" wtf was she going 90 mph?
In any event its unbelievable that she managed to kill 6 people in one stroke.
