I get it.  I've considered myself "woke" before it was a thing but I get heat from fellow liberals when I point out certain things.  For instance, I can drive through any neighborhood in Detroit.  From the worst to the best and I still see bars on doors and windows in all neighborhoods.  When I drive to my sisters house in Columbus, OH I drive through some podunk hick cities where meth has ravaged white communities.  What I don't see are what?  Bars on windows and doors.  It's just the randomness and numbness to violence that permeates to large a swath in the black community.  Why is that?  How does it get fixed?  Wish I knew.
