Why is the pro bb'ing community so "in the closet" about it's homosexual core?  In this day and age when gay people are so proud and loud, with public rallies, parades etc, why is it that the pro bb'ing community is so secretive and quiet about their practices?

I think it's because ppl don't want to admit to being tricked into gayness. Think about it...looking up to these guys, the contests, the "admiring", then to finally realize that it's about homos wanting to grease you up then dick you down.

No one is "tricking" them into gayness.

They're not even pretending anymore.....just straight "gayness for sale".

It used to be, the younger kids that were getting picked on, started bodybuilding with a vengeance.  Now, those same kids embrace MMA (real training, or just a wannabe with the right T shirts) to counter their weakling status.

so maybe for a lot of getbiggers theyre just 20-30 photos of bodybuilders from turning all assault homosexual.

Because is not as easy as to choose from straight or gay  categories ... 

First , is the obsolete mentality that the whole thing is a "sport " and them muscle oiled boys featured as athletes"  lol .... Now, with the fans It has to do a lot with vanity ,denial, naïve ,insecurity that comes with the bodybuilding community and that kinda put the homoerotic aspect of it in the shadows

To get bodybuilding out of the closet you will need some type of "validation" excuse  like throwing some few more letters in to the LGBTQQ movement...

The days that bodybuilders were perceived as straight guys with girls chasing them around at Venice beach are long gone ...  lol

The IFBB could do a lot for gay pride, such as putting LGBT logos on the stage decorations, having Bob wear an LGBT T-Shirt when he MC's.  Little things like this will help the industry open up.
