Looks like what some of us would call "Dinosaur Training". It is really hard but produces excellent results provided you get enough rest and food.

Knowing IroNat as we all do, I seriously doubt he was lifting a feather. He is quite strong and more a Physical Culturist than many here. I would be the one using a feather, LOL!

I don’t see the problem? He did 15 or so sets over 45 minutes. That’s stuff I would do as well.
15x3 is indeed 45 but given his rest times were 3 minutes..when did he do the 5 rep sets?

45÷3.5 minutes = about 13 sets.
12,8571428571 were your 3 mins rest periods timed? How long did your sets take on average? It must have been very exact.
