Are the legs judged in the "Men's Physique" category at all ??

Or is that solely an upper-body contest like those wheelchair categories? ??? (serious question)

If one doesn't train a massive bodypart like legs, more nutrients are available to the torso, making the process of recovery so much easier.

Yeah, you just don't need to eat as much, or get as heavy.

That guy probably weighs 200 pounds.  The torso and arms of a 240-pounder on the legs of a 160-pounder.

It's pretty smart, ngl.

What an awful look, I’m not a fan of the X look but man you think you’d at least squat weekly...

Srsly, I think I couldn't even keep my legs that small if I wanted, even if I wouldn't train em at all :D

Upper body: Weights.
Lower body: Only cardio.

Simple as.

It's actually a pretty brilliant strategy for impressive muscularity at a relatively low (lower) bodyweight, with improved mobility, agility, and health.  It is the new meta.

Another one.

Nobody straight, and no women, really give a shit about legs.  So it makes sense to focus on the development of impressive upper-body muscles.

1 set of 20 rep squats at the end of the workout would probably be sufficient.

Maybe even just a few sets of bodyweight squats

Or some lunges

Or some hill running

Anything...

Anything...

Or walking around the block once in a while

Or going grocery shopping...

Dude's legs look like they just came out of a waist-deep cast after 6 months :D

Now more than ever .....  In fact, a man with a muscular torso is a muscle man .... that's it ..

Having shaved muscular legs are seriously underrated ....

Getting a big upperbody is easy. Big legs takes sacrifice.
