There`s 4 little things I`ve been doing for decades to get leaner.....Training,Cardio,Diet,Rest.......wash,rinse,repeat.
Coffee is great,I`ve tried other stuff as well of course, but all I use now is coffee.....I train hard and fast for about an hour or less depending on what I`m doing....get in,work my balls off, get out.
Guys like Soul Crusher and residue need more than coffee I`m sure, but for me, in an hour,I train hard then I`m out........how exhausted can anyone get in an hour of weight training......it`s not a 26 mile run.
I lost all faith in those products.
Not long back I was using beet root powder to increase Nitric Oxide......felt nothing,and the shit tasted vile.
Hanky drinks 5 gallon buckets of useless Gatorade and we all know that little bitch isn1`t expending much energy and losing any fucking electrolytes from his pansy ass workouts. ![Grin ;D](https://www.getbig.com/boards/Smileys/classic/grin.gif)

oh they've intentionally made them worse over the years in order to maximize profits, and use cheaper ingredients. At one point you just needed a scoop of jack3d, now you need a preworkout, a stim and pump complex and god knows what else. It's gone to shit
