Youve built a good base cand. I would want you to start doing 2 things to change your body and blow some minds.
1. Eat your first meal at 9:00am. Protien drink, lo carb.
2. next meal at 12:00pm 6oz of boiled chicken (dip in bbq sauce) 1 potato microwaved and dry. 1 cup of green veges.
3. same as #2 at 3:00pm
4 Protien drink, lo carb 6:00pm
5. Steak and salad
Water only ...as much as you need to stay full.
NOTE. All of your carbs are at 12 and 3pm, so your bodys burning fat 21 hrs a day!!!! The first three days youll pee alot its ok.youll adjust after the water leaves you.
Every third day have your noon meal be anything you want!!! fast food anything!!! This will keep you going most of the week clean and a refeed to look forward too.
