The "Chinese Food Syndrome" is when you stuff yourself with Chinese food (loaded with carbs) to bursting and then you are hungry two hours later.

Fat people eat a high carb diet so they are hungry all the time. 

The recommended Western Diet is high carbs (60% carbs).

It's a cheap way to eat because carbs are cheap.  Protein is expensive.

Drop the carbs way, way down.  Eat low carb, high fat, moderate protein.

If not he gobbles it down in less than a minute. He has diabetes etc. Could care less about that. I think he figures his one foot is already in the grave and he might as well enjoy what's left to eat. Because when he's dead he won't.

you're ok in my book so i want to ask you a serious q

how's come i look better when i include one junk meal a day as compared to when every meal is clean? i'm rounder and fuller when i eat burger and fries as to when i only eat fish or chicken and rice?

same with gear, most dht's make me flat and soft while test, drol, deca, dbol keep me as nearly as dry but fuller, how's come? i think it's genetic for example i was a buck 30 @ 5'11" in hs and ran track and cross country so i am blessed with ripped genetics but my muscle size genes suck ass

my theory is that fattycakes gain muscle much easier but suck at getting ripped and dry and that they do much better on dht's seems that dht's are worthless for the naturally ripped and dry guys

this is me on 250 sust 20 dbol eating pizza and burgers on the daily
