Milos yesterday on Jay's podcast said, at the Olympia watching the show thought "fuck, Nick could have won this show!" And that he told Nick to stay on the path and not get discouraged. Maximum bad luck and timing for this injury. And we know Milos coached Samson and admitted he was biased towards him. Milos is also an "aesthetics" guy.
Sure, he isn't a golden age physique, he is ugly but in today's judging he is tip of the top.
As far as winning the show next year, Milos said it not at all unthinkable. I know you said that sarcastically but we can't completely discount someone like Milos who could talk judging for hours on end (very critical" mostly).
I had Hadi winning for the most part. The most muscular was like father and son between Hadi and Derek and even in some back shot's Hadi's looked better imo. But even here Milos had no problem with Derek winning, "consider all the criteria" even as he had Samson in the show. He thought Samson was too happy with his placing, he is better than he thinks. I think if he has the energy to continue he can look even more spectacular. His dark skin obscures a lot of detail and hardness.
