The answer is basically in the video. Made no difference in people who were consuming adequate protein.

In my early 20’s in my first apartment I bought a giant bottle (easily the biggest I ever bought) of fish oil and my dog ate the entire bottle.

No anabolism, but the guy was shitting oil for quite a long time.

I plugged up the mouse holes on the left side of my mansion with fish oil caps, but I ran out of fish oil by the time I got around to the right side. I hadn't foreseen that the mice would eat the fish oil capsules, nor had I anticipated the growth of those mice that had consumed the fish oil. In just a few days, the mice that had ingested the fish oil doubled in size. I have since determined that Fish Oil may be ANABOLIC.

Fish oil is a serious drug, not kidding. Overdosing could lead to all sorts of problems. And there have been gurus recommending a lot, I think Poliquin was one?

I've seen people complain even when dosing very lightly, I seem to recall heart arrythmias or something.

This nothing new at all. The late great Dan Duchaine said this and more back in the 90s. He liked flax seed oil but other fish oils would help too he said. Not no huge anabolic effect from anything except anabolics but for any one who is a natural anything is better than nothing.Dan was way ahead of his time with almost everything .He invented whey protein, ultimate orange  ( the original eca stack dnp chrysin etc even produced steroids at one time and when he got busted he NEVER ratted anyone out! He Knew more about drugs working out diet etc . He had poor genetics and he knew know matter what he did he wouldn't get huge so he turned to helping others. Fish oil will indeed go rancid even when refrigerated ( as they should be) Most of those good delicate oils have a safe life of about 6 weeks when refrigerated. If you don't keep them refrigerated ( capsules or oils) they get rancid quicker. So to re cap. This is not breaking news and they don't do a whole lot but they are helpful.
