It's not as ridiculous as it seems. Fat stores a lot of vitamin A, D, E and K. A lot of those are important for immune health. During times you're sick/unwell and can't eat, your body dips into it's fat stores and releases those goodies. Gotta get fat in a "healthy" way though.

Pure bro science of course

There's a reason this hunk of man outlasted most of the golden era.

Nothing is a cure all. Having said that you have to put the risk factors in your favor. We all know someone with good genes that drank like a fish, smoked and never exercised in their adult life that died in their 90's.  Then you have guys that are lean and run all the time that died from a heart attack. For every genetic exception there goes the majority.  Being fat is unhealthy. Ever see a bunch of fat people in a nursing home? No the majority are thin.

I would rather die early than live in a nursing home.

Basile is the only known case that had a feud with Goodrum and lived to tell the tale.

We've seen many competitive bodybuilders pass recently, and even our own bhanky was at the cusp of death a few weeks ago from dieting too hard (for 2 weeks).

But besides dusty hanshaw's steakgate, the doggcrapp camp of permabulkers have come out unscathed during this tragic period.

Makes me think that being at 15-20% bodyfat (while taking measures like fasted cardio and rinsing beef) makes it easier to maintain size on lower dosages (and less "dry" peds), which = a safer lifestyle than maintaining high dosages and abusing tren/winstrol etc to become big and ripped.

Maybe getbig owes basille an apology for ridiculing his safety fattm theory.

I agree, still nice and lean so you can still see your big Irish johnson during sex but not stressing your mind and system out trying to impress others visually at the detriment to your own wellbeing in the here and now and the future.

If you enjoy being fat be fat no need to rationalize it. My balls have cross striations.

Wise, up we have all seen your "shredded" ass.

Even more so for naturals. There is no reason for a natty to drop below 12% bodyfat.
