Some one self reporting on the internet is not a case study. Also you notice they list fat annd bone maybe? and lean tissue but not water they are including water in the lean tissue calculation major flaw

Is there even an accurate way to separate skeletal muscle protein from water on a noninvasive assay? I don't know  ???

he could have done it on 3k cals and not taken a shit ton of amphetamines and thyroid hormones.
