LOL it’s not going to zero. Idk enough about precious metals but as I said I have a coworker who has gone all in on silver, obsessed with it, and it’s been fascinating to watch.
The markets play these people like a fiddle.

Why would it not? People act like the dollar is a store-of-value. Unbelievable! Look at the Big Mac Price Index! You continue to need more and more dollars to buy the same burger. Almost everything will cost more in dollar terms given enough time. The dollar loses value, period. Why would that change?!

Should we hoard Big Macs?

What about Whoppers?

I believe double QP with cheese is the preferred getbig burger.

and for silver to have any use to you at all you have to exchange it for currency.

Obviously. But that currency constantly loses value. The dollar works great as a medium of exchange. Everyone accepts it. The problem is that saving dollars in a piggy bank means they steadily become worth less. Hence, people look to metals, stocks, crypto, real estate, art, collectibles, and so on. Over time, most things will require more dollars to purchase. The dollar has been losing value since 1913.

I know that — it was self-deprecating humor. I’d never tell anyone to invest in anything, though; there’s no upside. If you’re wrong and they lose money, you’ll never hear the end of it. If you’re right and they make money, you’ll never see a tip.

Ive been running this for years. The event being priced in is the event playing out today.

We could see another resurgence in Aug-Sep. I would like an ATH in Sep but it won't be crazy or big.

After this is a huge selloff.

Paper gold and silver is the smart play. Fuck physical, been there, done that, it's a rort.
