What gear you running nowadays?

Thss as no you mate, still just 1ml test e 300mg mate, finding form and range of motion on legs works better than heavy weight these days I barely use a plate and a half on the back haha just feet as low as can get on the platform, bottom out the machine and pause in the stretch. Still trying to increase weights over time but form and range of motion are priority mate. I remember Jeffley telling us this years ago wish I’d listened then haha.

Wheels look great and you're damn lean, 8%-ish I'd say

I've shifted from trying to add lean muscle (which just ain't in cards for me but I'm ok with that) to strength comps, bench press and strict curl

1. Bench competition style set of 5 with 2 full second pauses

2. Lockouts a triple

3. Strict curl 5 reps

4. DB incline supination curl

5. Overhead DB TRI Extension

6. Pressdowns

7. Wide-grip lat pulldowns

8. Machine Lateral

Skipped the barbell squats

Gonna try to bench every 3 days

Cycle is 10 mgs of injectable dbol and 40 MGS of injectable dbol on bench days also 250-500 mcgs of cheque drops on bench day

Trained all again after only 48 hours rest

Bench and tris stayed the same so now I'll go to every 3 days for bench/accessory work

Strict curl and bicep and side delt work all went up so I'll hit them every 48 hours
