Skipped the barbell squats
Gonna try to bench every 3 days
Cycle is 10 mgs of injectable dbol and 40 MGS of injectable dbol on bench days also 250-500 mcgs of cheque drops on bench day
Trained all again after only 48 hours rest
Bench and tris stayed the same so now I'll go to every 3 days for bench/accessory work
Strict curl and bicep and side delt work all went up so I'll hit them every 48 hours
