What was the connection to Texas? Montreal and LA and Las Vegas were their home bases. Also interesting if Eric is in TX.

Joe was not broadly important in LA (just the bodybuilding business) but Ben was very important in Montreal (museums, involved with city, etc.). Also stayed connected to the French side and was honored in Paris.

I can see Weider trying to sell his supps/ programs etc. by being in the picture acting like he's telling the bodybuilder what to do or how to pose .... (Otherwise, the bodybuilder will get all the credit publicity himself)
