According to 60 Minutes it works...http://www.hoodia-dietpills.com/Princess, you know anything about this stuff??[/color]
it's now being added to a lot of thermogenic fat burners because of it's appetite suppression abilities. do you think that matters? I mean should I bother paying for a seperate supplement?
Well, that would be up to you. If you feel you need the appetite suppression, then by all means... Personally, that's my biggest problem. I can eat clean and within my caloric range all day long with no thought to hunger or taste (I can eat weird combos during the day just in the name of nutrition), but 10pm rolls around and honey roasted peanuts start calling my name. The one time I tried clen, my appetite was out of control (go figure ), so if I try it again, hoodia will def be in the stack. EC does nothing to suppress the munchies for me.
Instead of using hoodia to kill a food craving. I just drink a few tall glasses of water.
