Buy his dvd "Road to the Arnold" - it's unreal. He goes up to 990 lbs on a two-board and does 405 for 20 reps raw.

Forgive me for being out of the powerlifting loop, but could a guy be that much stronger in the chest, triceps and shoulders than the Kaz? I mean 163 pounds stronger?

no he's not, without the shirt Ryan could probably do a few good reps with 600 same as Kaz.

kaz didnt use any of that shirt bullshit. that guy is clearly very strong but kaz would probably have matched him on bench pressing and owned him on any overhead pressing movement
