So I couldnt make it to see Jay at the NPC MR Lehigh..Shawn Crump trains at the gym I go to MUscle InC in Stbg PA, and apparently Jay asked him to get on stage and guest pose together!
I wish i could of been there..heard they looked great! Ill get the full scoop and pics when i go to the gym monday..
SO, I gave my friend my DVD one step closer to get it signed by Jay! He said Jay was totally cool, signed the Dvd to me , and took pictures with him and his son...
SOunds like it was a blast..sorry I dont have pics, just got off the phone with some folks from the gym and they told me about it.
Btw Watch out for Shawn Crump, hes coming on strong, hes inspiring to have training in the gym (He trains with the gym owner) I feed off the guys intensity, IM hoping to get some diet help too..
