i'm told i've been over training and that's why i'm not gaining anymore since i started in the gym...so i curbed alot of sets out of my routines in order to hit it hard but still grow and not over do it..so here's my chest routine for today...
flat bench: 12x235x1,10x275x1,8x300x1
incline: 10x225x1,10x255x1,8x275x1
dumbbell flys: 12x50x1,10x60x1,8x80x1
more than enough? or more?
i'm thinking of throwing in some machine work..like a machine press for 2 sets of 10 with 280
