12 Weeks

weeks 1-12: Test e 500mg split into two shots.  One on Mon, one on Thurs

week 13: nolva 50mg ed
week 14: nolva 35mg ed
week 15: nolva 25mg ed

will also have a-dex on hand for any gyno.  I've also thought about adding HCG to my pct at 500iu's every 4 days.

if signs of gyno pop up use the nola... it is used to fight off the formations in the nipples, the adex is  only used on cycle to keep it from happening in the first place


hcg is great for pct but bump up the dosage to 1500 ius

I would do the nolva at 40mg/ED (first week of PCT)
                                30mg/ED  2nd week
                                20mg/ED  3rd week and 4th week

And HCG 500ius every 5 days.....

Get some Arimidex for use during your cycle just in case.

Also, you can run the Nolvadex @ 20-50MG ED during PCT as needed.

Some people use as little as 10MG, some use 50MG.
