Side Lateral Raise...

When I do side lateral raises my lips do an Elvis thing and my nose twitches.  I was just wondering um.... Does that happen to everyone?  I look like a total retard when it happens, but I can't stop myself.  :'(

Agreed you must look ridiculous but what the hell. Can always wear something over your face while doing them, which would look even more insane.  :D
