the way im approaching this contest is to eat slightly some times more than others under maintenance calories kinda isocaloric. how does this sound
you probably look like you do in your pics...365 days a year, so you really dont need to change alot of things in your diet. Its not like your dieting down from bulking up. Increase cardio, up the protien, lower the fats and carbs.

what about calorie cycling u guys try that?hmmm this is interesting though everyone say high protien low carb and low fatmy diet is the opposite 50-60 grams of protien, 200-300 carbs, 100-150 fats on my low days on my high days i eat considerably more
