Sure, but never kid yourself that a holder of a Sandow was 100% deserving either; you're making the mistake of forgetting that Weider & the IFBB were always highly commercial enterprises, first and foremost. IMO there is
no way that he actually deserved 3 Sandows.
Nubret for example, was clearly superior to Zane in terms of structure & aesthetics, but never won. Robinson at least one year or more. Zane's aesthetics, the thing that he was known for, were not great IMO. There was a certain quality that was missing, maybe an image of power that doesn't have to be mutually exclusive from aesthetics, that he never had.
