Jay lifts very strategic and smart, while Ronnie is just plain "old school"' heavy ass weight. Heavy weight will either get you huge, hurt, or both. As for longevity, look to see jay cutler in tip top shape for years to come.

its pretty obvious that Ronnie takes a decent break from lifting/gear ect for many months out of the year...while its also pretty obvious that Jay takes zero breaks from both....If you ever see Jay guest posing (dec-jan-feb-march) he is massive and juiced to the gills.......

With that kind of philosphy, i would wager a guess that Jay is running out of time...

Ya but he makes up for it on personality.  ::) ;D ::)

NO..if one's guy's stronger, lifting more does not necessarily assure more intensity..this is hard to figure out?  ???
dude i was not expecting this type of answesr from you..its just logic.when you are lifting heavy weight you have to lift in with more difficulties such as you have to put extra hard effort in lifting that weight than your normal level of strength..if ronnie is doing 800lbs squats and jay does 500lbs squats on a smith machine...so who do you think is the more intense guy.coleman puts his ass on the line by lifting heavy ass weights..the heavier the weight becomes the more you want to lift that weight with 100% of your energy..its crystal clear that ronnie is the more hard working one and mind you colemans form is decent in almost of all of his lifts

i've read somewhere that Ronnie does drop sets like you wouldn't believe(pre-contest)....esp. in legs--like drops on squats 20 reps dropping 10 times with 20 reps each time(min rest)....and then going over to exten and doing the same thing...i can't even phathom shit like that

Jay may very well be "juiced to the gills' but, watch the opening scene on Ronnie Colemans
Cost of Redemption DVD, and take a good look at the size of his arm. The man is SCARY HUGE!!! The vein that travels through that massive arm must be every bit as big as a garden hose. We don't have any clue which one of them abuses drugs harder therefore, we have no way of comparing their personal usage. As for training it seems way more logical to train in the style of Jay Cutler. Utilizing feel sets and work sets, in search of the ultimate pump.

Who cares.

They both could lift boxes at Walmart and gain muscle with as much drugs as they are on.

You sound bitter that you're on less drugs (now) and have a 5th as much muscle from training your ass off.
