Question about ordering
« on: September 15, 2006, 01:27:29 PM »
I read that thread about the guy getting busted and although I've known its possible but now I'm kind of scared.  I have a supplier, GP, and I want to order now but I have never used Western Union.  Do I have to give my real name or show ID?  I asked GP and he said "scan my ID", if thats true it kinda freaks me out.  I dont want there to be any purchase proof, and no offense to my supplier but I dont want him to know my real name either.  You just cant trust people with some information these days, you know?  Can you guys guide me in a safe way to recieve my order?  I dont know if I should get a P.O. box, cause I definitely dont want to use my home adress.  But then if I use the P.O. box then I dont think they will put something in my box with a fake name. :-\

if its under a 1,000$ you do not need to provide ID therefor you can use any name you want-

most suppliers will have you set up test questions to avoid having to show ID themselves.

if your supplier is not doing this then there is a paper trail with real info- if everybody uses fake names and sets up test question then all anybody has is a paper trail with fake info-

im not a fan of PO boxes but its good to have one anyway-- something about cameras in the PO that sketch me out. plus its not klike its your residence your getting it shipped to the post office wich is gonvernment run-

what he ment was WAIVE the ID on his part. you can use a fake name and address but when you e-mail him supply him with the address you want your package sent to.the western union is for his safety so follow the direction as he says it.He packs his stuff awsome and everything will be all good.just listen to what he says.

I have only been asked once for ID because of the country I was sending my WU to...I refused and told them that I don't have my ID on me and they refused to send the WU...I know all the rules too and I let them know that I don't have to have valid ID for sending WU under $1,000 and they still wouldn't let me...Soo, I went to the next city over and they let me with no problem...Some people are just dicks....
