Side Chest Poses/Olympia
« on: October 03, 2006, 10:25:03 AM »
Are there any shots of any of the top guys in the Olympia capable of doing a true side chest shot, where the forearm is cinched up under the ribcage to show both ribcage/pec development?

Any reason for that change?

Peaking at 45 !!!

I agree----a lot of times the arms are not even touching the body---but inches away from the rib cage---------I cant figure it out-------they are actually hiding the chest when they do this-------It should be called side crunch shot.

No a one of them can do it like Arnold did it !!!
