I actually see some truth the the Adonis Principles of weightloss. The company I work for has a Healthy Rewards program in which they take your weight, water content, and bf% every week. It began in June and will run till Jan 1, 2007. My wife has done this religously since the beginning and has lost 25 lbs and dropped her bf% from 15% to 6.5% with NO CARDIO, We own an eliptical trainer and she has not used it for 1yr or so. She now weighs 103 lbs and looks better than ever. She eats what ever she wants and still loses weight. It sucks so bad though. I eat a snickers and gain 2 pounds.
