Anssi M....Alphabet or whatever his name is basically goes around posing scientific bullcrap that most people can't even understand.  I generally skip over his articles whenever I read MD.  The only thing I've read from him that was decent info was his article on evading doping test with EPO.  I had a problem with him back in 2003 when he shot down one of my nutritional articles on Muscle Mayhem. 

In any case, he was out of like threatening a ban simply because someone else has a different opinion.  And his article on dairy products was a crock, plain and simple. 


A discussion board is for DISCUSSION.  If he can't figure that out, then he should find someone else better to do like unscramble his last name or something
