Your walking a fine line when it comes to bee pollen, at the end of the day dont start changing up your bee pollen intake as you near a show, you can come in looking fantastic or you could end up with an unresistable urge to get up on stage looking like that guy, or worse, like vince woodbum.

Absolutely!

He also took 2nd in the Posing/ costume round behind the Lee's Superman costume, and followed by the guy dressed up in the Indian outfit, the giant Leprechaun, the Gladiator, and whatever Shawn Allen was dressed like...!

You bet I am.  I did much better than last time and I'm laying down the foundation for my first contest victory next year.  I've actually taken the advice of Vince Basile of all people and have strapped myself onto a lat machine and I am going as heavy as I can as you can tell by the pics below.  By building up my lats and delts, I'll be able to add the 1 1/2 inch I need to have  20 inch guns and my physique will be better balanced.  I've also keeping the cardio routine up during the off-season so I can nail my conditioning more efficiently.  No more bulking up in the offseason

You actually needed someone to tell you to train lats in order for you to do it?  Jesus, you can't be this stupid!  BTW, these don't show anything because they're old pics.
