Well that’s your problem.

Just for the record Abdul Wahid prepares on a low budget so GH is minimal and only for a contest prep at low doeses.

I can not tell you his stack.  About GH he used 30 X 4iu and it he was on 4ih per day.  Now I can’t tell you what time he took GH or what modification I did to his diet when he started taking GH. 

The Key to make GH work is the timing and you diet.  So if you get it right the growth will work in your favor big time.

At least tell us how many MG he was on weekly.
