I thought it was supposed to be released at the O?

Yup. I think it was Life Studio who stated it would make its debut at the O. Oh well....

He does need to bring his chest up, but his wheels are doin okay from what I have seen....

wheels look good.  upper body look narrow there to me, shoulders don't look great..that's just from that shot, he might look better in different poses or perhaps he wasn't standing in the full "relaxed" shot yet....

great physique.....

..but after reading this months flex article... wit him and jay culter training .. bacl..

115lb dmbell rows?
5 plate t bar rows....
225 barbell rows..
and he was struggling to keep up with jay...
who was lifting a lot heavier than he was...
...not sure what kind of inspiration a trainin vid from phil would offer..

If it's the amount of weight Phil is using that doesn't impress you and think it will project on his DVD then maybe you should get a "powerlifting video". In this so-called sport, it's the physique that does the inspiring, not the weight.

it might just be another bodybuilder making another boring video. It's hard to find any DVD these days that are entertaining. I think "War for the Worlds" was very good. I wish others would follow some criteria on how to make those DVD's more appealing than just busting out reps after reps.

.... for me its a combination of both.....
i know what good genetics are sooo. they dont frighten me....
i personally wouldnt find it in any way shape or form to sit a watch a dvd with a guy bigger than me... lifting half what i lift...
just being honest...
which is why i like coleman.. yates etc.. i draw off their work ethic....
... ive seen my share of genetically gifted.. all that stuff doesnt overy enthuse me as it may to... some..
hard work.... heavy lifting and putting everything into a workout is what i want to see.. when i put on a workout dvd
...
thats a personal view

I see your view. Some of the weights these guys use, like Ronnie Coleman, does pump you up and gets you inspired for the gym.

I thought it was supposed to be released at the O?

I asked him at the Olympia expo and he said that they had finished filming and it was in post production, that it should be out within the month.  That was about 14 weeks ago.
